Brandon and Shane have always been excellent to work with. This is our fourth transaction with this group and would contact them if we had another transaction in the future.

One of my best friends is a realtor but across the country, therefore she went on a hunt to find me a realtor up to her standards. Brandon did not disappoint! He is beyond helpful, even with stupid questions from a buyer with no clue what they are doing. He is also a hard worker and super quick with all aspects of communication. To top it off he is personable and just a cool guy. Pick Brandon to help you, he will not disappoint!

Buying a house in this competitive market required someone who was quick, responsive, and on the ball. Brandon was all of that and more! We have found in this hot market you generally have to be ready to walk through a property the day it comes on the market, Brandon was always able to get us in in a timely manner or have someone else accessible to walk through any property we were interested in. He provided valuable insight on each property to help us make the best decision while allowing us to move at our own pace and not pressuring us. We looked for nearly a year to find the perfect home and Brandon was patient and supportive throughout the entire process. We can’t thank him enough for making this journey so stress-free. Brandon was previously a work colleague, so naturally I trusted him to lead us through buying our first home. He brought incredible knowledge and expertise to something we didn't know much about and handled all of our questions with grace and compassion. Brandon was on top of everything. Truly. He was supportive, honest, up front, and punctual. He helped us be realistic with our expectations and desires, while still encouraging us to make sure it was the right fit. Everything you need in a great realtor! Our first home buying experience was a fantastic one because of Brandon's attentativeness and "zero pressure" attitude. We felt like a friend, not a number.
