Brandon was the most valuable asset we had when it came to navigating this crazy market as first time home buyers. He met us at the first house we went to look at and has guided us every step of the way until closing. From February to May we had looked at a dozen houses, and Brandon was on top of it from the start. Making sure we knew about them as soon as they were on MLS, suggesting houses based on what we had mentioned liking in the past, and being readily available for showings to try and get us in a house right away. He helped us navigate the offer process during an unprecedented time and was extremely knowledgeable on what would be attractive to current buyers. When it came time to close on our beautiful home we had several “almost” set backs, Brandon helped us tackle each and every issue and got us closing even earlier than we were supposed to. He went above and beyond more than once and we are so thankful for him!! We HIGHLY recommend having Brandon on your house hunting team!!!
